This is the quickest and easiest cream sauce you will ever make! I made it when all I had in the cupboard was pasta and chicken in the fridge, what goes better with that combination?
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Single cream
- 1/4 cup Chicken stock
- 1/2 tbsp cornflour
Cooking Time: 10 minutes Serves: 2
Method
- Pour the cream in a medium saucepan until it starts to bubble, add the chicken stock.
- Add a tablespoon of chicken stock to the cornflour and mix together to make a paste before adding to the sauce.
- Bubble until thickened and serve.
