After the success of our double chocolate chip and salted caramel crunch cookies, I decided to see if a different flavoured cookie would go down just as well.

This time we went with Triple Chocolate and Macadamia nut, it’s packed with milk and white chocolate chips! The batch makes 48(!) but after experimenting with times, the crunchier the better in my opinion 😋

And the heart cookie? It just came out that way! ❤️

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cups softened salted butter
  • 2 Cups caster sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 100 g White chocolate
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 100 g White Chocolate Chips
  • 100 g Macadamia Nut Halves

Method

Melt the chocolate in the microwave using 15 second intervals.

Mix together the butter and sugar, then add in the eggs and vanilla, combining well, slowly stir in the melted chocolate.

Add the chocolate chips, nuts and baking powder to the flour and add all to the creamed mixture until mixed fully.

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and make the balls around 2-3cm in diameter with enough space in between for growth.

Bake on the middle shelf at gas mark 4 (350C) for 15 minutes.
